If you made a purchase and the sale has ended, and you have not receive an email from
TownHog with the certificate attached:

Not really. They can be just about anybody. However, we're firm believers that sharing is caring. It doesn't hurt to get your friends in on it, now does it?
Do I still get charged if the minimum number of customers do not buy the deal?
No. We will not charge you if that is the case. We will also email you a cancellation confirmation.
Do I get charged as soon as I provide my credit card information?
Not necessarily. Your credit card will not be charged until the offer ends. We will email you a notification with a proof of purchase when the charge goes through.

I bought an offer and received my voucher. WHEN can I use it?
Each offer is different. Check the terms of your voucher that are displayed on the deal page, and that are also printed on your voucher.
I bought and received a voucher. HOW can I use it?
It's simple! Just print it and show it to the merchant.
